Dear Friends,

Welcome to the 21st edition of Flopicco Design Studio’s monthly selection of news and trends on the present and future of branding, design, culture, and our studio—curated with care by our in-house team.

With the crisp air of November here, fall is in full swing, and we’re already embracing the cozy season. As we gather indoors, it’s the perfect time to dive into this month’s exciting articles, handpicked to inspire and spark creativity for the months ahead.

This month we showcase the brand identity work we created for +SBT – the new free streaming platform from Brazil’s SBT network. We also explore thought-provoking pieces on the impact of AI on design, the fascinating story behind the Spanish Space Agency’s new (and controversial) winning logo, which then was rejected without explanation, and other interesting trends in the world of art, design and culture.

Enjoy reading, and as always, let us know what you think in the comments below!

Our team created a unified yet distinctive brand identity for the platform’s 10 channels. We created a modular design system, paired it with a fresh color palette drawn from SBT‘s classic logo, and added a series of custom thematic icons to capture the spirit of each channel.
